We are not associated with any regulatory body. This is a blog based on personal experience in insurance and from those of my friends.

Our Terms & Conditions of Business sets out the basis on which Fetch.ie provides it’s service. Please take a few minutes to read through these before submitting an application for an insurance or professional service quote. These terms are valid from 1st of January 2014 until further notice.
Our Company
Fetch.ie is owned by High Up Marketing Ltd, and does not have any “tied” relationships with any insurance broker or professional service provider that would compromise our ability to help you to get the quotes online. We are independent and work with brokers that our on our list of qualified service providers.
Our Remit
I started this blog to keep up with the insurance industry and pass on my knowledge to anyone following me via social media. As I’ve stated. I’m not a member of any regulatory body and all advertisements seen on this website at 3rd Party Google Advertisements using Google Adsense.
If you wish to fill in a contact form (though we advise you go to a broker directly) we can with your permission pass you on to a relevant party associated with your enquiry.
Consumer Protection
We collect personal information about you and store such information electronically. We collect such information from you whenever you fill out an application for a quote for insurance or other products. We use your Personal Information to help our network of independent insurance and professional service businesses to generate quotations for the products which you have selected. Your details are deleted from our system within 28 days unless you have asked to receive email updates on services.
Sharing of Your Personal Information
Your Personal Information may be shared with any of the insurance businesses or professional service companies offering quotations through this site. We will not however disclose your personal information to other third parties without your prior consent (subject to any disclosure as may be required by law).
Data Protection
By law, you are entitled to see a copy of any personal information about you which we hold on file. Should you wish to obtain a copy of this information, then please contact us. Should you find that we hold personal information about you which is inaccurate, then we will make any necessary corrections immediately. At your request, we will immediately delete any personal information about you which is held by us.
Complaints
Any complaint that you may have in relation to the business services provided by our firm should be made in writing to our company at High Up Marketing Ltd, Liccawn Dairy, Killea, Dunmore East, Co.Waterford. Any such complaint will be acknowledged within 5 business days. Our company will attempt to investigate and resolve a complaint within 40 business days of having received the complaint.
Termination
You, or we, may terminate our authority to act on your behalf at any time, without penalty. Notice of this termination must be given in writing.
Conflict of Interest
It is the policy of our firm to avoid any conflict of interest when providing business services to our clients. However, where an unavoidable conflict may arise we will advise you of this in writing before proceeding to provide any business service. If you have not been advised of any such conflict you are entitled to assume that none arises.
